Self-Updating. If you are reading this, you’re ready to update. To grow. To learn new tools. To throw out habits that no longer work for you and learn new ones. I like to dig in. Talk about the uncomfortable stuff that lives in our bones. I believe in going back to the moments that shaped us, big or small and looking at them with new tools, a fresh perspective. Squashing false beliefs and reconnecting with your potential in your career, relationships, workouts and LIFE. Let’s Get weird. Cuz you know what? You’re not that weird. Promise.
All this and more! 🙂 I know now to trust my story. From a very young age I knew that I had the gift to help others, but I guess I needed to roll up my sleeves and get dirty in order to learn and grow to better coach you.

Me, Updated, the short version:
All that stuff above, there are so many stories. And stories they are. It is like talking about someone else. I have updated. I have grown. I like who I am. I really do. I usually get 9 hours of sleep with the window wide open. I am a CrossFitter. I am a CrossFit L-1 trainer. I do Yoga. I will be a certified yoga instructor as of October 2015. I practice meditation but I run guided meditations better. My body and mind are healthy. I laugh a lot. I am a mom. My daughter has encouraged me to do life better. I surround myself with people who feed my soul and those people continue to show up as I align with my truth. I am kind, not “nice.” I live near the beach. I love the beach. I eat Paleo, except for when I don’t and that is working out great for me. I love coffee. I practice gratitude. I say yes when I mean yes and no when I mean no. I spend time with animals because I love them and they love me. I do art and I like it, even though a small voice in me still says it sucks. I ask for help. Through CrossFit and my athletic accomplishments, I know my body and mind are capable of even more then I ever thought possible. I believe in myself. I don’t know where I will be next year because I take it one day at a time and that is so FREEING. Always learning, always growing, always updating.
I believe that what we put energy into, we get, good or bad. I believe in affirmations. I believe that nourishing your body with the right food can be the first step to changing your life. I believe that as you grow and update, the people around you will either choose to grow and update as well or they will fade away. I believe that you can only control your actions and reactions. I believe you will continue to align yourself with the same types of situations until you learn the lesson. I believe in choices. I believe in paying attention. I believe that habits can be learned and old habits can be let go. I believe that through Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual work, you will grow. I believe in finding your tribe. I believe in you.
